From the quotation to the ﬁnished product, Arthur and Daniel were courteous and meticulous. We had our very old, very ugly, garage renovated with new siding, window, man door, and shingles… as well as a siding and pargeing on our home. Even through a miscommunication (on our part) of siding orientation, the problem was dealt with immediately and professionally. The work was completed to perfection and on time, as promised. Jonathan and I were promised by the contractors that it would take 5 business days to dig around the house, patch whatever holes/cracks were found, install sump pump, put up blue-skin, backﬁll, clean-up and have inspectors here. I can not tell you the quality of work and integrity of Santos Construction Solutions. From the moment they came to look to quote the job, to the surprises found while installing the sump pump in the house and all the holes found in the foundation, they were true to their word and proceeded with amazing work ethic. The whole crew was impressive and never once did I worry about one thing. As a woman having to deal with this while her husband was away, it was comforting. The owners (brothers) came to check around on Saturday morning after the rain from Friday night to be sure everything was ok and after sending them an email Saturday night about water that came in on the ﬂoor in basement (as it wasn’t an emergency_, they called 20 minutes after I sent it and were here by 8:45 Sunday morning. Their cleanliness, organization and restoration or property is also extremely commendable. I am so grateful that my husband spoke with Gabriel and that Santos Construction brothers were my superheroes. Thank God for a great recommendation.
